Before your first session, you will be asked to fill out a form so that Nadja can tailor your experience to your specific needs.
For example, if you are sensitive to noise we can ensure no music, or perhaps you don’t feel like talking during your session. Whatever allows your body to get exactly what it needs, we are here to listen and create a space for you.
